This Pop-Up gallery was the brainchild of Jay Scott, co-owner of Habatat Galleries in Virginia. At the depths of the most recent recession the gallery was able to broker the take-over of a space on the second floor in the Tysons Galleria. The exhibition was on view for a month. This exhibition was partnered with an AIDS charity and had a gala opening featuring Super Model Frederique van der Wall and Tim Gunn of Operation Runway! We raised funds for the charity YouthAIDS with a limited edition t-shirt and the sale of the original works of art in the gallery.
